We'll journey together through sacred temple sites, hike through lush, breathtaking mountainscape, and immerse ourselves in the local culture. Each day brings a new discovery—morning yoga practices that ground us, afternoon adventures that inspire us, and evening gatherings that connect us. This isn't just a retreat; it's a pilgrimage of the heart, an opportunity to deepen your practice while experiencing the warmth, wisdom, and wonder of India's rich cultural tapestry.

Over the course of the ten days we will explore three different regions rich with history in the southern state of Karnataka, India.

NOVEMBER 3 Bengaluru: Retreat shuttle picks up guests at one of our two recommended hotels in the morning and departs for Nandi Hills.

NOVEMBER 3-6 Nandi Hills: A sacred landscape rising 4,850 feet above sea level, where ancient temples nestle among mist-covered peaks, offering breathtaking sunrise vistas and holy sites steeped in centuries of history.

NOVEMBER 7-9 Coorg: Known as the Scotland of India, this misty hill region enchants with its emerald valleys, spice-scented air, tumbling streams, and the warm hospitality of the Kodava people. We will celebrate a famous Indian tradition called Diwali, The Festival of Lights, at this charming location.

NOVEMBER 10-12 Chikmagalur: The coffee land of Karnataka, where aromatic plantations blanket rolling hills in the Western Ghats, home to Mullayanagiri—the state's highest peak—and temples from the 12th and 13th century Hoysola Dynasty.

NOVEMBER 13 Bengaluru: Retreat shuttle returns guests to a hotel in Bengaluru located ten minutes from the airport. Guests can choose to book and stay there before a flight home or continue on for more travel in India.

Vinyasa Flow builds strength, flexibility, balance, and helps to align mind, body and spirit by consciously directing, using, and linking each breath to movement seamlessly from one “asana” or posture to another. Each class is a dynamic, flowing practice, that builds on itself – – no two classes are alike. Each class will use yoga elements of Pranayama (breathwork), Asana (physical postures), and Meditation and hopes to promote a pathway to inner peace and happiness. Restorative Stretch + Myofascial Release

Restorative Stretch + Myofascial Release: Stretch, Breathe, Relax, and Restore - All Levels

Beautiful long stretches and muscle care combined with intentional breathwork set to music designed to take you on a restful journey for a mental and physical reset.

Decadent minutes of breath, stretch, rest + Myofascial Release (MFR) / massage (we have tennis balls!).

MFR combines deep muscle massage while releasing and freeing up the fascia (connective tissue) while resting and down regulating the nervous system. It is used for improved performance, pain relief, increased range of motion, and recovery.

For anyone who could use tender love and care for their muscles and mind either post a dance, yoga, surf, or Pickleball session, or any other fitness regimen.
