Our 200hr foundational Training is rooted in the traditions of Bhakti Yoga with a primary focus on Vinyasa.
Whether you come for a deep dive into your personal practice or with the intention to teach, this training provides a wide range of offerings that will challenge you in the best possible way.
Within a few months, you will learn about the history and philosophy of Yoga, understand the nature of Asana through anatomy and alignment classes and practice the art of sequencing and/or teaching a class.
