Pilates, anyone?
I’m teaching my very first Pilates class! I’ll be stepping in as the rotating instructor for the Wednesday, September 9th - 9:30 am Mat Pilates Class at Pacific Edge Climbing Gym. I’m excited and nervous to teach something new, and would love to have some friendly faces there to support.
Mat Pilates is a low-impact class that focuses on strength, flexibility, posture, and proper breath control—all from your yoga mat! Challenge your entire body by practicing these slow and controlled movements.

Into to Chanting - A Kirtan Workshop
Come explore the heart-opening practice of Kirtan with an inspiring evening of chanting mantras, storytelling, and community. In this workshop we’ll discuss chanting, what it is and where it comes from, and the many benefits of chanting mantras. We’ll dive into some of the lore and mythology of Hindu deities and how these stories may manifest in our everyday lives.
Kirtan is not a performance, but a collective group prayer. Together we will use our voices to participate in this uplifting and cathartic experience of chanting mantras. The repetition of these sacred sounds will guide us in cultivating a deep, loving, devotional, gratitude-based, and personal relationship with the divine – everyone relates to the divine in their own way!
