Kirtan at Village Yoga

Come explore the heart opening practice of Bhakti Yoga with an inspiring evening of chanting mantra, storytelling, and community. No singing or chanting experience necessary. We'll do some light stretches and pranayama (breath), and chant the night away. Kirtan is not a performance, but a group prayer - where everyone is engaged and there is a collective energy.

No yoga mat is needed. The studio will provide props (blankets and bolsters).

Option to bring an offering for the altar (candles, murtis, flowers, crystals, photos, feathers, trinkets and other treasures).
